All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited drop nature of Royal Flop Drop and the fact that all items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@royalflopdrop.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Size

Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. As all items are made to order we are unable to accept exchanges for sizing issues.

European Union

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under EU consumer protection law. Please contact us at hello@royalflopdrop.com to initiate this process.
