Thank you for your order. All Royal Flop Drop items are made to order through our print on demand partners. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Production Time
All orders are produced within 3-5 business days after purchase. As every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not hold pre-made inventory.
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at hello@royalflopdrop.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and make it right.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders customs fees, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Royal Flop Drop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Royal Flop Drop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error contact us immediately at hello@royalflopdrop.com before your order goes into production.
